Music for the course will be sent to you well in advance, and should be prepared before the course begins.
Friday 18th October
Arrive for a 5.30pm start
5.30pm – 7.30pm - Ensembles begin rehearsing
Venue: Huts 1 & 2, BHASVIC, Dyke Rd
From 7.45pm - 'Improving sight-reading for guitarists': Presentation & discussion with social meal - all GBTS3 tutors and participants invited.

Saturday 19th October
10am – 1pm (break at 11.30am) - Ensembles continue rehearsals
Venue: Huts 1 & 2, BHASVIC, Dyke Rd
1pm-2pm Lunch break
2pm-3.15pm - Guitar orchestra rehearsal
Venue: Huts 1 & 2, BHASVIC, Dyke Rd
3.30pm-5.30pm - Ensembles continue rehearsals
Venue: Huts 1 & 2, BHASVIC, Dyke Rd
7pm- Kianush Robeson guitar recital
Venue: St Lukes Church Prestonville, Old Shoreham Rd
Sunday 20th October
10am – 12.30pm (break at 11.15am) - Small ensembles & guitar orchestra final rehearsals
Venue: Huts 1 & 2, BHASVIC, Dyke Rd
12.30pm-1.30pm Lunch break & mini-performances
1.30pm-4.30pm - Presentation by Luthier Stephen Frith & Paul Gregory - Maestoso Music performance/presentation - End of course performances by guitar ensembles and guitar orchestra

All venues for the course are close to each other, and within 5 minutes walk.

Mini performance opportunities:
For guitarists who have solo repertoire that they would like to perform, there will be several opportunities during the weekend.
Please get in touch if you would like to perform something to the other course participants during the course.
We will consider as many requests as time allows.
